FIRST Automatic internal washout unit

This equipment is designed to process all aqueous Flexo plates. The FIRST is a compact unit in a modern in line format providing convenient and easy plate handling. Aqueous Flexo plates present a particular challenge in equipment design in terms of plate quality and build up of unwanted polymer material. The FIRST is purpose built for aqueous Flexo plates. Special flat brushes deliver excellent quality and easy access. A special design feature throughout the design allows the unit to be kept clean thereby maintaining plate quality.
The FIRST comprises a washout section and filtration device. Relief washout is performed by brushes followed by a rinsing and air drying section to ensure the plate is virtually touch dry before automatic transfer into the exit table.
As with most modern process equipment, all the sequences are micro processor controlled. Operator input is via a simple to use touch screen.
Water filtration device is part of the FIRST specification.
Soap dosing system combined with PH control are included is that unit.
